iOS 4 was released today with a tone of new futures and a much smoother and responsive interface it also brings the much anticipated and over due multitasking feature which Apple implemented pretty good on the iOS platform.  Another feature worth mentioning is Folders which allows you to put up to twelve Apps in a Folder for better organization it also allows you to install a lot more Apps.

Today Apple announced it’s latest invention the iPad. Don’t get me wrong it looks like a really cool device but it’s basically I big iPod Touch. When I think of an Apple tablet I think of a device that would give me Mac OSX with touch screen access and a great form factor.  Unfortunately Apple didn’t deliver instead we get an iPod with 3G access and a 9 inch screen.

Apple announced the new iPod nano 5G at there’Its only rock and roll’ event yesterday.

The new iPod nano is pretty much the same except for a bigger screen (2.2 inch) new coating ( polished anodized aluminum) and the addition of a camera on the back which is capable of recording video and a microphone to capture audio.

Whats new on the inside is the addition of an FM radio Tuner which has live pause and itunes tagging.   VoiceOver an app that speaks the names of songs and artists to allow you to navigate through your music without having to look at the screen.  Pedometer and Nike iPod most of you are familiar with this app it makes a great workout partner by counting your steps as you run and tracking your distance while listening to your music library.

All and all there are a lot of great new features packaged into the nicely sized iPod nano so if your looking for a good music player slash all in one device the iPod nano 5G is your answer.

At&T Announced the roll out of MMS for all iPhone users on September 25th   Just in case you are unaware of what MMS is its the latest cellular technology which enables the sending of pictures through a cellular data network At&t are one of the first to offer this amazing technology. OK all criticism aside its about time At&t iPhone users get the ability to do what bottom dollar cellphones have been doing for years.
