Geohot just released a new tool called blackra1n which will jailbreak all 3.1.2 devices. Its only available for windows users right now and its pretty simple to use in fact it the easiest jailbreak Ive ever done.
Instructions:
Update/Restore to 3.1.2 in iTunes
Launch blackra1n and press make it rain
That’s it your iPhone is now free. This will not hacktivate or unlock you iPhone so if you not with At&t you’ll want to hold off on jailbreaking using blackra1n for now. I had no issues what so ever jailbreaking my iPhone 3GS on my MacBook running vista it took about one minute and so far all is good so click the link blackra1n and enjoy your new found freedom
MMS On The iPhone

Go to the Tweaks section and install enable APN settings and restart your phone. Once restarted go to settings general cellular data network and change your MMS settings to the ones in the picture and you should be sending MMS without any problems

You may be asking yourself why would I need to read about buying a cellphone. It’s because so many people go about it the wrong way and loose out I see it time and time again so I’m writing this article to aid you in getting the best deal you can. First off the last place you ever want to go is a licensed brand store what I mean by that is a t mobile or AT&T retail store unless your buying an iPhone which cost the same everywhere in a brand store your not going to get the great discounts you can get by ordering onLine. For example I have a friend who just recently added two lines of service to his contract he made the mistake of going to a t mobile store to do so the outcome was he got two basic featureless phones for free I know what your saying but they were free right. If he would have ordered on-line he could have gotten some feature rich stylish phones for the same price free. Another great option is big name electronic stores such as best buy or even walmart then there’s all the .com stores all of which offer great discounts. So before you buy you next cell do some browsing or swing by your local best buy you’ll thank yourself for it later
